The Challenge

When Apollo came onboard with Techwyse in 2017, the main challenge was improving their digital presence in the Toronto cannabis industry. Initially, Apollo’s goal was to see an increase in leads that converted to bookings at their clinic. To achieve this, Apollo looked to streamline their processes, which included better answering incoming calls and handling new information.

The Objectives

• To capture the medical cannabis market on Google.ca
• Book at least 100 patients per day
• Improve local search visibility by increasing map views
• Improve brand recognition in Ontario and expand to the rest of Canada
• Identify and resolve any CRM weak points
